Ikhtiar Rahman is an accomplished entrepreneur and educational leader, currently leading Prime College as its CEO and acting as group head of the SIDE Group. Outside of his professional role, Ikhtiar enjoys reading, spending quality time with his family, and exploring new destinations.

Professor of Medicine and Consultant, Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Kushwaha earned his undergraduate medical degree from the London Hospital Medical College, University of London, and his post graduate M.D from University of London. He completed his residency and fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. Areas of clinical expertise include: - Treatment of end-stage heart failure including the use of left ventricular assist devices - Cardiac transplantation - Pulmonary hypertension Dr. Kushwaha is Director of the Cardiac Transplantation and VAD Program at Mayo Clinic. His research interests are focused on physiology and disease of the transplanted heart.

Professor Robinson is a national of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. A UWI Alumnus with a BSc in Management Studies (First Class Honours) from the Cave Hill Campus, he has an MSc in Finance and Econometrics from Florida International University, and obtained his PhD in Finance from the University of Manchester, UK. He is a Professor of Corporate Finance and has published over 50 refereed publications in a number of regional and international journals. In more than 20 years with The UWI, Professor Robinson has served as Head, Department of Management Studies, Cave Hill Campus; Executive Director, Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business & Management; Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences; and Pro Vice-Chancellor, Board for Undergraduate Studies. He was also a member of the working group for the establishment of the Five Islands Campus in 2018.

Director of CCAG as well as a board member of many of the companies he has been investing in to date. He has been an active entrepreneur since 1982 and has invested in India, the US, and the UK with investments ranging from the aviation sector and property development to luxury hotels and spa resorts along with many other investments. He was a significant shareholder of Ebookers prior to the listing of the company. He holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Delhi, is an ACA and has been a member of ICAEW since 1977.

With a UK MBA degree in Business Administration, Shafi Zama has accumulated vast experience with different clients in Asset Management, Finance, and Cross Border Taxation. Working for Impex, he gained fifteen years of knowledge, taking both large private and public sector organizations from concept to listing.

Barrister Md Manir Hossain is a highly accomplished barrister and solicitor based in the United Kingdom, with a distinguished background in both finance and law. His extensive education and professional experience serve as a strong foundation for his role as a Trustee at ARKANGEL Medical University. Barrister Hossain holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, providing him with a robust understanding of finance and management. He further pursued his legal education, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of East London, and an LLM and Bar-at-Law from BPP University. To further enhance his legal expertise, he obtained a Legal Professional Certificate from London Metropolitan University.

An experienced Financial Professional in areas of Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Financial Restructuring, as a Wealth Advisor with Credit Suisse involved in managing a book with a focus on Africa and ME and originating IB transactions. Prior to this, was MD-GEM involved in Private Equity deals across Sub Saharan Africa and Middle East, focusing on Telecom and Infrastructure (Power and Roads). The Group also has interests in Banking, Micro Finance, Distribution Channels, Logistics, all of which come in my purview, dealing with AFC, IFC, Transcorp, MRS Oil, Dangote Cements, AfriCap, UBA, DLM First Bank, FCMB, Starcomms, Micromax, MTN, GMT, Ericsson, NSN, GTL, and Genpact. Previous to this have had vast experience in capital raise, and wealth with a focus in the Sub Saharan African region, African Telecom (Broadband VAS), International trade and Corporate Banking with Citi group Singapore.
